Join us for a Delicious and Educational afternoon!  Explore the regional Tacos of Mexico hosted by Chef Tyler Duft, whose educational method creates a fun and relaxed environment for learning.

In this informative and comprehensive lesson, you are encouraged to ask questions, tell a story, share a recipe, and be yourself among a group of new friends with common appetites for learning!

This Event combines approachable recipes with refined techniques that deliver reliable results regardless of experience. In this hands-on class we will prepare and sample handmade tortillas, authentic proteins, and learn the importance of making sauces from scratch to elevate the humble taco. 

Each corner of the country has their own unique specialty featuring ingredients that define the identity of their cultural history. For this event we will focus on three select regions that represent a good cross section of familiar classics using the recipes included for you to take home!
