This Event combines approachable recipes with refined techniques that deliver reliable results whether using a specialty or home oven. In this hands-on class, we will prepare and sample a variety of classic pizzas, learn the importance of starter, timing, hydration and gluten content for the perfect dough and beautiful crust.
You will prepare the highest quality toppings and sauces, and take the recipes home with you.
Students will also get to make their own pizzas (Margherita, Bianco, Italian Sausage & Mushroom, Pesto Roasted Garlic).
