This Event combines approachable recipes with refined techniques that deliver reliable results regardless of experience. In this class every component will be prepared fresh and from scratch, together we’ll explore how to poach the perfect egg, confidently achieving a tangy, savoury traditional hollandaise and hand knead a buttery, crispy scone!
