Join us for a Delicious and Educational afternoon!  Explore the trade secrets of creating excellent pizza!

Hosted by Chef Tyler Duft, whose educational method creates a fun and relaxed environment for learning. In this informative and comprehensive lesson, you are encouraged to ask questions, tell a story, share a recipe, and be yourself among a group of new friends with a shared appetite for learning!

This Event combines approachable recipes with refined techniques that deliver reliable results whether using a specialty or home oven.  In this hands-on class, we will prepare and sample a variety of classic pizzas, learn the importance of starter, timing, hydration and gluten content for the perfect dough and beautiful crust.  

You will prepare the highest quality toppings and sauces, and take the recipes home with you. 

What's on the menu

• Pizza Dough
• Red Sauce
• Bechamel Sauce
• Basil Pesto
• Bangin' Garlic Sauce
• Handmade Fresh Italian Sausage.

Students will also get to make their own pizzas (Margherita, Bianco, Italian Sausage & Mushroom, Pesto Roasted Garlic).
