Join us for a delightful High Tea Baking class where we’ll create a beautiful spread of sweet and savoury classics. On the menu: tender Scones served with jam and Chantilly cream, light and cheesy Gougères, a bright and moist Lemon Poppyseed Cake, delicate profiteroles, and buttery Shortbread. A selection of freshly prepared tea sandwiches will also be provided to complete the experience.
This class is hosted by Chef Cassandra Crocco, a Red Seal Pastry Chef with over 20 years of experience in the industry. As co-founder of Duft & Co, she has spent the past 12 years honing her craft, and building meaningful connections within the local food community.
