Transport your kitchen to Thailand for an evening of bold flavours, vibrant ingredients, and hands-on cooking with Chef Gurjyote (GJ). In this interactive class, you’ll learn how to balance the sweet, sour, salty, and spicy elements that make Thai cuisine so irresistible.

You’ll begin with Som Tam Salad with Mango, a refreshing twist on the classic Thai green papaya salad. Crisp papaya, sweet mango, carrots, and toasted peanuts come together in a bright, tangy dressing that perfectly captures the essence of Thai street food.

Next, prepare flavour-packed Thai Crab Cakes, delicate minced crab cutlets infused with fresh basil, chilies, lemongrass, and shallots. These aromatic bites showcase the fresh herbs and bold seasoning that define Thai cooking.

You’ll also learn to make Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce, tender marinated chicken skewers grilled to perfection and served with a rich, creamy peanut sauce—one of Thailand’s most beloved dishes.

The centerpiece of the class is a fragrant Thai Red Curry, made completely from scratch. Chef GJ will guide you through building the curry’s complex flavours using red curry paste, coconut milk, and seasonal vegetables, with tofu creating a delicious vegetarian option. The curry will be served with perfectly steamed Jasmine Rice to soak up every bit of the sauce.

To finish on a cool and refreshing note, enjoy Coconut Ice Cream with Seasonal Fruits, a light and tropical dessert that’s the perfect ending to a Thai feast.
