Sue Wiebe is a British Columbia based cooking instructor specializing in sophisticated Parisian-style pastries and elevated classic cuisine. Sue is in constant & enthusiastic pursuit of culinary excellence and is focused on developing recipes that are current, adaptable and suited to every level of culinary prowess. She was formerly the executive chef and owner of Stoney Creek Cookery, Sue is also known for her appearances on Chopped Canada and at Eat Fraser Valley. Sue exemplifies the adage that “The best teachers are constant students.” Her ongoing culinary training includes certificates from Dubrulle French Culinary School, Le Cordon Bleu, The Culinary Institute of California and most recently, the Pastry Training Centre in Vancouver.
Currently, Sue is pursuing her passion at Jean-Marie Auboine Chocolatier in the Master Class program. "I'm always excited to learn new ideas and share with other dessert enthusiasts."
