Well Seasoned Gift Certificates are available for purchase in store or online.
Although you can now purchase Well Seasoned Gift Certificates in our online store, they are only redeemable during in-store transactions or when booking cooking classes. You cannot redeem a Well Seasoned Gift Certificate using our online store.
Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. Please note, discounts cannot be applied to our vouchers and gift certificates ordered online.

I have a digital gift certificate number. What now?
Great! Welcome to our website. Your digital gift certificate number works exactly the same as our physical gift certificates you can buy in store. Simply bring the digital number (and the gift giver's email/name) with you when you come into the store and we'll put your gift certificate against your purchase.
You can also use your gift certificate number to book into a class over the phone, but we require a credit card number to book any class when you call. If you come into the store to book into a class, your gift certificate will be used for the transaction (no credit card required to hold the seat).

I have a gift certificate and I want to book a class.
Great! Do you know the class you want to book? If not, visit our Class Calendar now and pick a class! If you do know, you can come into the store at any time and reserve your seat using your gift certificate towards the cost of the class!
If you would prefer to call us now and reserve your seat, please note we require a credit card at the time of booking to hold your spot. When you attend the class, bring your gift certificate and we'll finalize the transaction for your spot in the class! Call 1-604-530-1518 to reserve your spot.
At this time, you cannot book a class online. Buying a gift certificate or a gift voucher for a Well Seasoned cooking class does not reserve you a seat in the class - you must call or visit the Well Seasoned Store in Langley to reserve your seat.

I got a sweet discount code to use in your online store, but I cannot apply the discount to my class voucher.
We're happy you're keen to use your discount online, but at this time, discounts cannot be applied to our vouchers and gift certificates ordered online. If you received a discount specifically advertised for a class voucher or gift certificate, please contact our in store staff for more details.

I booked a class using a gift certificate and I have to cancel.
Bummer! Did you read our cancellation policy?
If you cannot make it to a class we require 48 hours notice – with 48 hours notice we can move you to another class or offer you a credit for in store purchases – we do not offer refunds.
Unfortunately, with less than 48 hours notice we cannot offer a refund or credit but you are welcome to send a friend in your place.
If you placed your booking by phone and didn't bring your gift certificate in store to book your class, the credit card you supplied when you booked over the phone will be charged.
If we cancel a class for any reason will happily offer a refund or store credit. Gift certificates can be used for any of our classes; however the classes fill up quickly so we recommend advance registration. Purchasing a (or having received a gift) voucher does not guarantee you a seat in any class. You must call, email (and receive confirmation) or visit the store to confirm your seat.

I found an old gift certificate and I can't remember if I used it all.
No problem! Just visit us in store with the physical gift certificate or bring your digital certificate or voucher number, and we'll check our system. You can also call us at 1-604-530-1518 to get an update on your gift certificate balance!
What's the difference between a voucher and a gift certificate?
A class voucher, which you can purchase online, is a digital product that can be put towards a seat purchase in any open and available Well Seasoned Cooking Class. A voucher is only available through our online store and can only be used towards a Well Seasoned Cooking Class. You may request a reservation in a class via email using a voucher - class vouchers are the only transaction that can be completed via email. All other purchases must be made in store or over the phone (using a credit card).
Our cancellation policy still applies when using a class voucher towards a Cooking Class.
A gift certificate can be used towards any in-store transaction. It cannot be redeemed or used towards the balance of an online order. A gift certificate can be used towards a seat in a Well Seasoned Cooking Class too, but must be redeemed in person or a credit card must be provided over the phone to reserve the seat.
Our cancellation policy still applies when using a gift certificate towards a Cooking Class.
