• Winter Salad of Roasted Squash with Marinated Apples, Goat’s Cheese, Fine Balsamic and WinterGreens.
  
• Hand-shaped Orecchiette with Fennel Sausage Ragu, Tomatoes, Rapini and Fresh Herbs.
  
• Fresh Maccheroni Cacio Pepe with Burnt Hazelnuts and Pecorino Sardo, Back Pepper.
  
• Vanilla Gelato with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Fleur de Sel.
