I attended this demo class with my 13 year old son, Sam, as a birthday gift to him. He loves to learn and try new things, and spending time in the kitchen together is very precious for both of us, so this evening was very special. We both love to make risotto, and we learned lots of new tips and new recipes (which we have already tried at home!) Chef Bruno so kind to my son, was generous with his stories and was also very down to earth- we learned a lot about not wasting anything!
The Well Seasoned staff member supporting him (cannot remember her name) was so lovely and especially kind to my son. She worked hard all night to keep us all well looked after.

Exceeded expectations! We had a great time. Chef Bruno is so welcoming and friendly plus a great story teller and so knowledgeable. The evening was so good we came right home and registered for Soups and Stews with him.
