We may be biased, but we think that West Coast flavours, especially in the summer, are the best! That's why Chef Deniz has created this cooking class menu for you!

Our menu tonight includes,  

• Albacore Tuna Tartare with Sesame Crust, Sweet Miso Sauce, Chilies and Spicy Cucumbers
  
• Spicy Clam Pot with Nduja Sausage, Tender Spring Greens, Assorted Herbs, Toasted Sourdough
  
• Harissa Glazed Baked BC Salmon with Saffron Couscous and Sautéed Gai Lan with Chili Crisp
  
• Vanilla Gelato with Maldon Salt and Olive Oil
