In this class, Chef Deniz will introduce you to;

  • Parisian Baguettes  - Traditional French techniques.

  • Classic Greek Pita –  perfectly puffy, soft, pillowy pitas ready for stuffing 
  • Sourdough Poolish – The secret behind a pre-fermented starter that enhances flavour, texture, and depth in your bread.
