A curated selection of India’s most loved street-style flavours, thoughtfully crafted and elevated by Chef GJ. This menu brings together crispy bites, rich marinades, slow-cooked classics, and a traditional sweet finish—each dish prepared fresh using authentic spices and premium ingredients.

On the Menu

• Chicken Pakora
  An all-time favourite—crispy, golden Chicken pakora served with tangy pickled onion and refreshing mint chutney.
  
• Pao Bhaji
  A spiced vegetable mash served hot with toasted pav Buns, onions, and a squeeze of lime.
  
• Mustard Fish Tikka
  Fish Marinated with Ground Spices and Mustard ,oven roasted to perfection.
• Indian Classic Rice Kheer
  Traditional Indian rice pudding simmered in milk with cardamom, cashews, pistachios, and fragrant saffron.
