This Event combines approachable recipes with refined techniques that deliver reliable results regardless of experience. In this class every component will be prepared fresh and from scratch, featuring produce, meats and fish sourced from local purveyors.

Together we’ll explore the flavours and textures of raw and cooked proteins, execute the techniques to achieve perfectly cooked and seasoned rice, and prepare fresh wheat noodles.  Enjoy these refined classics with your family and friends using the recipes included for you to take home!
