You’ll start with a stunning Burrata, Charred Peach & Pistachio Salad, where sweet caramelized peaches meet creamy burrata, crunchy pistachios, and bright seasonal flavours.
Next, learn how to create deeply aromatic Kastoori Chicken Tikka—fenugreek-marinated chicken skewers grilled to juicy perfection and served with crispy pickle onions for a punch of acidity and crunch.
For the main event, Chef GJ will guide you through preparing Coffee & Spice–Crusted Lamb Chops, a bold and savoury dish finished with vibrant chimichurri. These are paired with roasted fingerling potatoes, perfect for soaking up all those delicious flavours.
