Celebrate the fresh, vibrant flavours of the season in this hands-on cooking class inspired by the best of West Coast cuisine. Chef Gurjyote (GJ) will guide you through a menu that highlights beautiful local ingredients and simple techniques that let summer flavours shine.

You’ll begin with a Garden Harvest Summer Salad, showcasing crisp seasonal vegetables and bright, fresh flavours that capture the essence of summer gardens and farmers’ markets.

Next, learn how to perfectly cook Pan-Seared Salmon with irresistibly crispy skin. Chef GJ will show you the techniques for achieving restaurant-quality results at home, finishing the dish with a delicate lemon butter glaze and serving it alongside seasonal vegetables.

You’ll then roll up your sleeves to make Handmade Potato Gnocchi from scratch. Light, pillowy gnocchi are paired with a fragrant basil pesto, creating a simple yet elegant dish that celebrates classic Italian technique with fresh summer herbs.

To end the evening on a sweet note, you’ll prepare a decadent Classic Chocolate Mousse, served with seasonal fruit for a perfect balance of rich and refreshing flavours.
