Nov 19 | 10AM- 1:30PM |  A Taste of Emilia-Romagna, Italy (hands on)Join us for a hands-on culinary journey through Emilia-Romagna, the heart of Northern Italian cuisine and home to Parmigiano Reggiano, traditional balsamic vinegar, and the famous ragù of Bologna.

Menu:

• Parmigiano Reggiano Soufflé: delicate cheese soufflé finished with a drizzle of aged balsamic vinegar.
• Fresh Tagliatelle al Ragù Bolognese: handmade egg pasta served with a rich, slow-simmered traditional meat ragù.
• Zuppa Inglese: a classic Emilia-Romagna dessert layered with sponge cake, vanilla custard, and chocolate pastry cream.
