Learn the art of French macarons with Chef Sue in this hands-on fall workshop. You'll watch Chef Sue make the macaron batter and buttercream, then pipe, bake, fill and garnish two seasonal flavours yourself before assembling them into a harvest macaron wreath. A charcuterie snack is served during the class.

ON THE MENU:

- Caramel Apple Macaron: salted caramel buttercream, apple compote, caramel drizzle
- Pumpkin Spice Macaron: salted caramel buttercream, Biscoff spread, Biscoff cookie crumbs
