Join us for a hands-on Peruvian cooking experience where you'll learn to prepare some of Peru's most beloved appetizers and desserts. Students will mix, roll, cut, fill, and fold their own pastries while discovering traditional flavours and techniques.

Cheese Tequeños with Avocado Sauce
Crispy golden pastry sticks filled with cheese curds and served with a creamy avocado dipping sauce.

Classic Peruvian Beef Empanadas
A Peruvian favourite featuring a flaky, golden crust generously filled with savoury seasoned beef, onions, and traditional spices.

Maracuyá (Passionfruit) Mousse Cups
A light and refreshing passionfruit mousse served chilled and garnished with fresh mint.

By the end of the class, you'll have mastered the techniques for creating authentic Peruvian empanadas and traditional accompaniments, along with a delicious tropical dessert to complete the meal.
