10 Phenomenal Foods to Cook in Cast Iron

Cooking on cast iron will change how you view cooking!  We know that once you try it, you’ll wonder how you ever cooked without it.

1. Perfectly Seared Ribeye Steak

Why cast iron: Retains extremely high heat for a perfect, even sear.

  • Sear steaks on high heat, finish in the oven if needed. 
  • Adds a beautiful crust while keeping the inside juicy.


2. Skillet Cornbread

Why cast iron: Provides a golden, crunchy crust while keeping the inside moist.

  • Pour batter into a preheated cast iron pan and bake.
  • Optional: brush with butter for extra flavour.


3. Classic Frittata

Why cast iron: Retains heat for even cooking on stovetop and oven finishing.
