Need a quick dip for your long weekend BBQ? This whipped feta and roasted garlic dip is a true crowd pleaser with vegetables, crackers, and more! We suggest using Macedonian Feta, and pairing with your favourite Gone Crackers.
Yield: 2 Cups
Prep time: 10 mins
- 8 oz Macedonian Feta, crumbled*
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain, full fat)
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- Zest of one lemon
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- 3 tbsp Well Seasoned Roasted Garlic Caesar Dressing*
- 1 box Gone Crackers Gourmet Crackers (Try Olive Oil and Undressed)*

1. Blend: Place the feta, Greek yogurt, and softened cream cheese into a food processor.
2. Emulsify: Pulse until the mixture begins to break down. While the motor is running, pour in the Well Seasoned Roasted Garlic Caesar Dressing. This acts as your seasoning and emulsifier, adding deep roasted garlic notes.
3. Finish: Process until the dip is light and airy (about 2 minutes).
4. Serve: Transfer to a shallow bowl. Top with lemon zest and fresh parsley. Serve chilled alongside Gone Crackers and fresh cucumber slices.
