Don’t be deceived, lemon and buttery popcorn are the perfect combination. Salty, sweet and tangy. This popcorn is full of flavour. This unique combination is the perfect indulgence. And it’s incredibly simple to make. We know you will enjoy this popcorn recipe as much as we do!

Lemon Brown Butter Popcorn

• 1.5 cups un-popped popcorn = about 16 cups of air popped popcorn
• 6 Tbsp unsalted butter
• Zest of 1 Large Lemon - about 1.5 teaspoons

1. Grate lemon zest and set aside.
2. Melt 6 tbsp. butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Continue cooking until golden browned, about 7 minutes.
3. Remove from the heat and stir in 1 ½ teaspoons freshly grated lemon zest; drizzle over popped popcorn. Season with salt and enjoy!

It is savory and sweet with hints of garlic and sesame. Add some pork belly…and call it dinner. These Korean Pork Belly Tacos and just divine!

Urban Accents Korean Pork Belly Tacos

Adapted from Urban Accents Recipe Ingredients

• 1 pound fully cooked pork belly, sliced
• 1 cup Urban Accents Korean BBQ Taco Simmer Sauce
• 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
• Taco Shells of your choice
• Toppings our your choice we suggest; pickles, kim chi, shredded cabbage, green onions, and/or pickled carrots

1. Brown pork belly slices in a skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
2. Add 1 cup of sauce to skillet and simmer to thicken.
3. Continue turning pork slices to coat with thickened, caramelized sauce. Add more sauce to taste.
4. Serve with warm tortillas and top with your favorite toppings. We like pickled carrots, kimchi, chopped green onion, and shredded cabbage.

Maple Pepper Popcorn Recipe

• Popped Popcorn
• Butter or Coconut Oil
• Savoury Favourites Maple Pepper

1. Pop desired amount of popcorn and transfer to a large bowl
2. Melt butter or coconut oil and drizzle over popcorn
3. Generously shake Maple Pepper Original spice blend over the popcorn
4. Shake or stir the popcorn until the butter and seasoning are evenly distributed

We consider it to be banana's bread's really awesome cousin. The addition of Oregon Growers apple butter makes this loaf incredibly moist and delicious. This recipe is simple, comforting and a must try.

Glazed Apple Butter Loaf

• 2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon nutmeg
• ½ teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans
• ¾ cup sugar
• ½ cup butter
• 2 eggs
• ½ cup buttermilk
• 1 cup Oregon Growers Apple Butter
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 2 Tablespoons orange juice
• 1 teaspoon orange zest
