If you like coconut, you are going to LOVE these.  We can’t stop eating them! Coconut drops are made in small batches and consists of three to five ingredients. The result is a crunchy irresistibly delicious experience.

Broccoli Caesar Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 heads of broccoli, cut into small florets
  • 1 cup of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup of garlic croutons
  • 1/2 cup caesar dressing
  • Shaved parmesan for garnish

Instructions:

  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and toss gently. Adjust seasoning as needed and top with shaved parmesan

Yields to: 4 servings of Broccoli Caesar Salad
