I need to cancel. What is your policy?
View our full cancellation policy here. if you need to re-book or cancel your class, you must do that with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, your voucher can then be applied to another class but we will not give cash refunds. With less than 48 hours’ notice, you are welcome to send someone in your place but we cannot issue a refund or credit for that class. By buying a voucher online, you agree to our cancellation policy. This voucher cannot be redeemed for cash.
I have a discount code. Can I use it towards a class?
Discounts cannot be applied to our vouchers and gift certificates ordered online.
I bought a voucher and specified the class I want in the comments. Am I booked into the class I asked for?
No. Until you contact the store and get your name on our class list, your voucher is a credit towards a forthcoming class not a booking. You must provide your unique code when booking your class! An email with your voucher code will follow purchase.
I bought my voucher online but I didn't receive my voucher code. What do I do?
We're sorry you haven't received your code yet! It can take our team up to 4 hours to respond to online voucher purchases (during store hours). Please contact us at store@wellseasoned.ca or call us in store so we can track down your order.
Reminder: You can book your class by calling 604-530-1518 or coming into the store! If you have a particular class in mind we recommend confirming as soon as possible. When you are booking with a voucher or a gift certificate, our standard cancellation policy applies:
